Once again about Glycine!

Stress? How to prevent its harmful effects? In modern life it’s very important thing. It is no coincidence that we have been asked for many times to tell more about the properties and the usage of Glycine – a drug which is known as a remedy for stress.

Unfortunately, very often, buying any medicine we do not pay attention to its leaflet. Meanwhile, even if several drugs have the same active substance, their scope of application may vary. In particular, when it comes to glycine, indications of Glyine produced by its primary manufacturer, “MNPK “BIOTIKI”, include an ischemic stroke. How comes it?

Widely known amino acid glycine appears to be a powder, and it is difficult to obtain a tablet that could provide effective help to the organism.

Glycine manufactured by “MNPK “BIOTIKI” is produced by a unique technology. It based on the technical solutions protected by patents of the Russian Federation (their numbers are on the pack). The drug passed the whole cycle of clinical trials; it showed good results, as well as for the treatment of ischemic stroke.

Glycine (recommended dose is 1 tablet 3 times a day) helps to reduce psycho-emotional tension, elevate the mood, relieve stress, normalize the falling asleep, deepen the sleep, pass through the stress easier, avoid its after-effects, and also it defends from the toxic effect of psychotropic drugs. At the same time, having a nootropic effect, the drug doesn't cause sedation, but on the contrary, improves memory and concentration.

Glycine is recommended to take sublingually (under the tongue) as a tablet or powder after grinding of the tablet. Do not swallow the pill – this reduce the effectof the medicine!

Glycine can be taken by all people. It can be prescribed even for infants or kids for calming effect. Students will become more thoughtful and, therefore, the memory will improve. And the probability increases that the student will get enough sleep before going to the exam.

Glycine is helpful under any adverse environmental conditions, but especially in regions where the exposure limits of phenol are exceeded. Amino acetic acid, which is contained in a tablet of Glycine, “triggers” the “own synthesis” of it in the cell, and then forms a non-toxic compound, which reduces the intoxication, and eliminate a foreign substance. In the same way Glycine works during alcoholic intoxication.

Psycho-emotional excitation often becomes a source of high arterial blood pressure (BP) – one of the factors of a stroke. For the prevention of a stroke, it is worth to take Glycine (1 tablet 3 times a day during a month) for all the people over 60 years, and all hypertensive patients as a basic medication for maintaining of the normal blood pressure values.

In stressful situations, or in case of the weather changes (if you know that you can be affected by them), try to put a tablet of Glycine under the tongue. Of course, you should take other antihypertensive drugs as prescribed by your doctor.

Another important risk factor for the stroke is the atherosclerosis. In middle age, regular use of Glycine can provide an additional synthesis of lecithin – substance which prevents the formation of atherosclerotic plaques – in the organism.

If the patient had an acute stroke , it is recommended to grind 10 tablets of Glycine and give it to the patient sublingually or transbuccally before the ambulance arrive (if necessary, the tablets can be diluted in a teaspoon of water). This could greatly ease the further course of the disease; and regular use of the medicine in the future can prevent recurrent cases of the stroke. It’s also worth to take Glycine after the brain concussion.
